Chapter Forty Four: The Emergency Mirrorites Caucus

Recent events have led to some form of security concerns within the Christmas Corporation, and so the Emergency Mirrorites Caucus was asked to convene immediately preceding the meeting of the Corporation with the Mayoralty Commission of The Village, North Pole.

The members of the Caucus has been handpicked by the Commission to represent the best of the combative Mirrorites who are ready to defend the North Pole from unsuspecting attacks at any time, always available to provide reinforcements for the Little Drummer Boys when the situation turn from bad to worse.

While the Little Drummer Boys use the Drumsticks as their main weapon of competency, the Mirrorites use a weapon called the Glass Arnis, which is very similar to the Magical Twigs that have been utilized by others, in another tale (see the footnote* for the title of said series) where their presence has been significantly been told for their heroic virtues, as well as their courage in overcoming every evil that were thrown in their way.

But skillful authors, in this sense, do know how to stretch any story to prolong the agony of the reader, a habit that is sometimes employed by cunning writers to hook the reader into an impossible bond, to keep turning the pages until something becomes a literary (or commercial) success, whichever comes first.

The Emergency Mirrorites Caucus immediately convened upon the most efficacious order of the Christmas Corporation to authorize all Mirrorites in the field (at home or on the ground) to use their Glass Arnis in "any way possible to defend themselves or to neutralize the enemies that may greatly harm the North Pole's existence."

The Memorandum has been sent in the soonest possible time for the Mirrorites to take their devotional task of preserving the North Pole's territorial integrity, usually pertaining to perilous conditions that might be corrupted by anyone's sinister desire to ruin, in whatever way possible, the ultimate effect of the Magic of Christmas.

The Caucus has also recommended to the Christmas Corporation for a complete mobilization of the Corps of the Little Drummer Boys, to defend The Village from within, and to take enormous care in proceeding with the operation of this year's gifting season as conditions become menacingly threatening.

As the Christmas Corporation's instrumentalities were urgently reacting to the many peril shown by recent events, the enemy, nonetheless, has gained ground in initiating an intrusion plan that will surprise everyone. Not only that Vampires are the main cause of concern, and so are the Sinister Agents that abound this world in another form of an invisible dimension.

The Caucus was just in time in sounding the alarm and putting necessary measures in place, which means that there will be a drastic delay in the plans of the enemy. But the enemy will come, and the kind of enemy they have is in the form of a fractured future that needed to be faced and confronted by the same people who created such problem.

And that people is humanity itself.
