Chapter 100: The Substitute to the Inquiry Management Agency en banc

The Boy who cried wolf was holding a very dark secret that the world is not yet ready to receive, because this story has been allegedly tampered numerous times from the original version of the story as it was originally written for prophetic revelation. Clearly, it was the message that has been very desperately reversed from its truthful intention, as the document of accusations was later on found by the bona fide Historians and Time Travellers alike.

There were petitions filed calling for several inquiries leading to the discovery of the actual unauthorized edited versions, which was later on confirmed to be valid in its depiction as to the proper context of its historicity, and a number of other witnesses, each with conflicting claims involving extremely dispersed moral values that provides confusion as to the actual message of the short, but meaningful, anecdote, which has been presented for the appropriate testimonial corroboration of facts as a publisher's investigation had taken place in accordance with the law.

In all of the resolutions filed based on record, a vital question was consistently put forward that was consistently trying to understand the source of conflicting controversy surrounding the circumstances of this particular case. For some, there was a hidden symbolism contained in the story that was deliberately blurred to suppress any secretive message to be exposed at the most inappropriate time, and there are doubts as to the actual intention of the edited versions if, in any way nominally injurious or meant to deceive those who are entitled to the reading in all available effects, were deliberately made to actually constitute a serious commission of a crime or felony based on available probative value of the information gathered with considerable difficulty.

On the other hand, there were arguments that support the idea that the mere literal inconsistencies of the version of the prophecy cannot substantiate to an actionable offense of possible misdemeanors punishable by the best available evidence for the timely appreciation of the licentiate of publishing, when, in cases of reasonable doubt, the determination of judicial intention was primordial consideration if, indeed, a criminal violation was actually committed.

As a general guide for jurists in practice, all cases of Publishing errors or undue influence to the natural operation of the Future of the Fates and the Efficacy of the Patterns of Heavenly Bodies always obey the most basic cardinal rule:
Publishing Intentions are a divine duty to give, to do, or not to do, according to the action of individual free will, exercised in full knowledge or awareness without any substantial legal impediment, and intentionally made in good faith, contained in an instrument of writing or vessel of illustrated effects, of measurable moral value of essence, unless if cases of juridical errors are to be established by investigative competence, and subsequently corrected by the sanctioned commission in several divine acts of restitution pertaining to such defects or insufficiencies in law, form, or value.
In the end, a series of memoranda has been exchanged between and among several competent authorities and parties of common interest, and sufficient arguments for and on behalf of the action taken by the resolution of this landmark Publishing anomaly was later on heard by the Inquiry Management Agency, sitting as a whole, whose jurisdiction has made a public oral debate on matters that are relevant to the availability of the facts that directly refer to the cardinal rule as quoted above, speaking on the actual intent of these alleged inconsistencies.

A secret vote on the case was not released to the public, but the per curiam ruling favored the admissibiliry of the reasonable doubt as argued. Thus, speaking for the majority, the Substitute to the Inquiry Management Agency en banc, partially wrote anonymously in the released Opinion Bulletin, and entered into the render of judgment, that it was ruled in judicial hearing:
While there was notable inconsistencies underscored on the assailed value of the published anecdote of the 'Boy who cried wolf,' the measurement of actual moral value in the publishing of this case can never be reasonably appreciated to be injurious, unless complete information has been clearly established as required in form by the cardinal rule. Reasonable doubt is hereby determined to be judiciously present as to the actual pleadings substantiated in hearing for lack of material evidence, if, indeed, such inconsistencies caused an actual harm or injury to any person, place, or event that can be attributed to the errors alleged in this assailed anecdote. As a matter of notice, when, indeed, there is any intention to hide any moral basis in the supposed edited version of this publication as a result of such conflicting claims of damages, this Agency, sitting as a whole, reserves the right to reopen any future inquiry on this matter if sufficiency in argument satisfies the automatic jurisdiction of the cardinal rule for all intents and purposes; for now, this case lacks sufficient basis for any adjudication to be freely made with the authority vested for the efficacy of this adjudication, and mere allegations of secrecy, even if proven to be present, is not enough basis to constitute any violative intention of any of the aforementioned arguments in the publishing rules.

Many years have passed after this landmark opinion had been issued and circulated, and the actors of the world may have changed, and centuries begin to descend on ruins upon ruins, but the animosity between the Vampires and the Werewolves (for which the anecdote pertains in the most fundamental way) continue to rage on with much more intensity up until this very moment. Where mysteries abound, the search for eternal answers continue to be the call of duty. And this landmark case contains all the secrets that there is to know about the mystical value of this universe.
